Reginald Reglus

Since starting in real estate sales over 12 years ago, Reginald D. Reglus has successfully helped his clients navigate the difficult world of real estate to successfully buy and sell properties. Mr. Reglus brings an exceptional amount of skill, finesse and know-how to his transactions while never neglecting the importance of truly caring for his clients needs and looking out for their best interest. He constantly uses creative solutions and tough fair-minded negotiations to secure the best outcomes for his clients. Mr. Reglus is a savvy entrepreneur and a caring realtor. Prior to pursuing his business in real estate sales, Mr. Reglus founded and ran his own company Reglus Enterprises, LLC, a computer consulting and training firm based in New York City. Mr. Reglus successfully served both individual consumers and large firms such as JP Morgan Chase and TD Securities. In fact, Mr. Reglus successfully created a software program that he sold to several companies. He has owned several successful businesses in the past, and brings his skills to help his clients sell their properties; close deals, and ends all transactions in a win-win for all parties. Zach brings a new and fresh perspective to real estate, and is highly motivated to get the job done quickly and efficiently. He chose The Peter Hewitt Team because of the leadership, years in business, and their excellent reputation, and understands a multiple-member Team is the best way to assure his clients that the job gets accomplished with high standards, diligence and efficiency. Nick loves to get to know his clients, to better understand what is important to them in their home search and has the ability to interact with just about anyone. These experiences has taught her to be flexible and resilient in dealing with different types of situations, and has strengthened her patience and nurtured her empathy. It taught her to be attentive and accurate with details, especially when providing information and documentation. And most of all, it encouraged her to be graceful under pressure and have a positive mindset, as this will attract positive responses. Katherine has a degree in Interior Design, and with her background and love for design, she can help in making suggestions to clients in staging and choosing the right photos to market their precious home. She takes her position as our Listing Manager very seriously, and will give our clients the 5-STAR service they need and deserve.

Tracey brings to The Peter Hewitt Team, an Associate’s Degree in accounting and with many years of experience in a team atmosphere, she is completely dedicated to providing smooth and stress free transaction for all of our clients. As our Transaction Manager, she loves to troubleshoot problems with her fellow team members to help better assist our clients to get the best results. She always provides quick and timely answers to their concerns during the settlement process. Her attention to detail is one of her strongest attributes. She has been involved in helping rebuild companies, as well as, property management experience while helping to operate an apartment complex. She is very friendly, is very open minded to changes to help her better personally and professionally, and always loves to take on new challenges. Tracey is married with two very active sons. She loves being involved in her sons’ sports activities. Though very busy with her children, she enjoys exercising, golfing and playing baseball with friends and family. Tracey is an integral part of our Team and all our clients enjoy her warm and fun-loving personality.
